Reviews and client experiences

Trust matters most when privacy matters too.

CSI: Clean Scene Investigators serves people during situations involving trauma, death, biological contamination, hoarding, property loss, and deeply personal circumstances.

We welcome honest feedback while protecting each client’s right to remain private. No client is expected to describe the incident, identify the property, disclose a diagnosis, or publicly explain why CSI was needed.

Review transparency

CSI will not invent testimonials or publish private feedback without permission.

Reviews should reflect a genuine client, professional, referral, or service experience. CSI will not create fictional customer quotes, alter the meaning of feedback, or pressure anyone to reveal private details.

A review may be declined or removed when it exposes confidential information, identifies another person without permission, contains graphic details, or appears unrelated to an actual experience.

Public review platforms control their own moderation, display, verification, removal, and account policies.
